Gifting
Yes, you may gift this product—but only if you purchase it first on behalf of your client or customer.
Here’s how gifting works:
You must purchase the product in full using your own payment method.
Immediately forward your purchase receipt to your customer.
Your customer must forward the purchase receipt to LaunchwithGin@gmail.com with the subject line:
“Requesting Access – Gifted by [IG Handle]”
Please ensure your customer includes in the email to @launchwithGin the following. Please ensure 6 items are included to prevent access delays.
Your name - the name of the person who gifted the product - the recipient
Your email - the recipient's email
Their full name - the giftee’s first and last name
Their Instagram handle - the giftee’s IG handle
Their email - this should be the same email you as the recipient used.
Anyone distributing access without purchase will be removed as an affiliate and may be subject to legal action.
Bundling
Yes, you may bundle The Confident Instagram Setup™, The Confident Facebook Setup™, and The Confident Setup Bundle™ with your own product, course, or offer—or as part of a value stack that includes other offers.
You can include it in bundles of your own creation, even if those bundles also contain affiliate or MRR products, under these conditions:
The total bundle value must be $77 or more
You must have permission to include any third-party products in the bundle
You must never claim authorship or rebrand this product as your own
You must always purchase this product directly before gifting it to your customer (see above), under Gifting.
Example of what you may say:
“Buy my [mini-course] + [bonus template pack], and I’ll gift you The Confident Instagram Setup™ on me.”
(Then purchase it and follow the gifting steps.)
Example of what you may not say:

You are fully responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to bundle other products. I assume no liability for bundle compliance—please conduct your own due diligence.
Resale + Misuse
You are not allowed to resell, share, or distribute The Confident Instagram Setup™, The Confident Facebook Setup™, and The Confident Setup Bundle™ in any form.
You are not allowed to offer cash-back incentives or discounts in exchange for purchasing this product
Violation of these terms will result in immediate removal from the affiliate program and may result in legal action if the product is found being distributed freely or without authorization.
